Job Title: SMT Operator Job Description The SMT Operator will be responsible for mechanical assembly, circuit card assembly, and repairs. This role requires proficiency in tasks such as mechanical assembly, subassembly, circuit board soldering, harnessing, and solder termination, all performed in accordance with assembly process procedures and engineering drawings. Responsibilities + Perform mechanical assembly and subassembly tasks. + Conduct circuit board soldering and solder termination. + Execute harnessing in line with engineering drawings. + Ensure all assemblies adhere to established process procedures. Essential Skills + 2+ years of soldering experience. + 1+ year of SMT experience. + Expertise in surface mount technology. + Proficiency in electronic assembly and electronics. Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
