Executive Chef 2

Role Overview Sodexo is seeking an Executive Chef 2 to manage production for Piedmont Macon Medical in Macon GA. This individual need to be able to lead a diverse team in a high volume of production for retail, patient's physician dining and catering. Must be able maximize quality and efficiencies. What You'll Do + Lead culinary team under direction of General Manager + Oversee daily food production across patient dining, cafu00e9, and catering + Manage production planning and operational controls + Ensure compliance with Sodexo culinary standards, recipes, and food quality + Monitor and control labor and food costs + Develop menus and manage inventory + Oversee food cost management What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
