Aerotek is hiring for Industrial Maintenance Electricians for a Manufacturing company south of Dyersburg, TN. These positions are direct hire opportunities paying $34-$40/hr depending on experience. If interested, please apply for immediate consideration. Shift will be 8-430pm starting out. Must be available to potentially move to 2nd shift if needed (approximately 2pm-1030pm). We are seeking two skilled Maintenance Electricians with 3+ years of experience as an Electrical Maintenance Technician or Industrial Electrician. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems and demonstrate proficiency in working with voltage up to 480V. Additionally, expertise in electrical troubleshooting and termination, along with solid meter skills. Responsibilities + Perform electrical maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment. + Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues using schematics and wiring diagrams. + Conduct preventive maintenance on 3-phase motors and industrial electrical systems. + Collaborate in a construction/start-up environment, contributing to new builds. + Utilize PLC ladder logic for troubleshooting purposes. + Install, wire, and repair industrial electronics and systems. Essential Skills + 3+ years of experience in electrical maintenance or as an industrial electrician. + Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems. + Proficient in working with 480V, 3-phase motors. + Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and ladder logic. + Solid meter skills in measuring voltage, current, resistance, and continuity. + Comfortable in a construction/start-up environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Basic PLC programming or modification capability, strongly preferred + Experience in steel manufacturing, metal processing, or heavy industrial facilities. + Familiarity with VFDs, motor controls, and industrial automation systems. + OSHA-10 or OSHA-30 certification. Work Environment The work environment is a new manufacturing processing facility, comprising both construction and operational settings. The role involves exposure to elevated work areas, industrial equipment, and electrical systems. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required at all times.
