Customer Experience Specialist

Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Experience Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Kentucky. This role involves providing contract support for the Order Management team during a scheduled team member leave. The ideal candidate excels at delivering exceptional customer service, managing order-related tasks with precision, and effectively collaborating with team members to ensure seamless operations. Responsibilities: u2022 Accurately enter and validate orders, ensuring all entries are reviewed and approved by the team or manager. u2022 Process and track shipment numbers upon request to maintain timely communication. u2022 Provide quotes for component pricing and manage warranty claims efficiently. u2022 Assist with order and portal management functions, adhering to established procedures. u2022 Follow company protocols to meet deadlines and maintain service level agreements. u2022 Communicate professionally with both internal teams and external stakeholders. u2022 Support standard practices and contribute to maintaining operational consistency. u2022 Collaborate effectively with a team of three to ensure smooth workflow during the coverage period. Requirements u2022 Strong focus on detail and accuracy in all tasks. u2022 Proven experience in customer service or order entry, preferably within a manufacturing or distribution environment. u2022 Familiarity with SAP systems is an advantage but not mandatory. u2022 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and multi-browser navigation. u2022 Ability to compose clear and well-structured email correspondence. u2022 Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly and follow standard operating procedures. u2022 Availability to work on-site four weekdays during the contract period.
