Summary of Role:GlobalFoundries is seeking a OneStream Solution Delivery Lead to drive the endu2011tou2011end delivery of a largeu2011scale OneStream CPM implementation aligned with SAP S/4HANA global finance standards. This role is accountable for execution and outcomes, requiring handsu2011on leadership across design, build, test, and gou2011live to ensure a highu2011quality, businessu2011ready solution. Essential Responsibilities:u2022 Own endu2011tou2011end delivery accountability for the OneStream CPM implementation from design through gou2011live.u2022 Serve as the single point of ownership across Finance, SAP S/4 teams, and the System Integrator to ensure disciplined execution and alignment.u2022 Drive program milestones, manage dependencies, and proactively identify and resolve delivery risks.u2022 Lead handsu2011on solution design activities, including review and refinement of OneStream dimensional models, consolidation logic, business rules, and reporting structures.u2022 Perform deep analysis and resolution of data integration issues between SAP S/4HANA and OneStream, with focus on close, consolidation, inventory, and costing impacts.u2022 Lead defect triage and rootu2011cause resolution during SIT, UAT, parallel close, and gou2011live, engaging directly in the system as required.u2022 Facilitate business workshops and design sessions, driving decisions, ownership, and timelines while challenging ambiguity and scope creep.u2022 Hold the System Integrator accountable for scope, quality, and delivery outcomes, validating designs, estimates, and assumptions. Required Qualifications:u2022 Education u2013 Bacheloru2019s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.u2022 Experience u2013 10u201312 years of experience in Finance Technology or Enterprise Systems delivery.u2022 Proven experience leading largeu2011scale OneStream implementations, including close, consolidation, reconciliations, and reporting.u2022 Strong SAP S/4HANA Finance (R2R / FICO) experience, including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, intercompany, multiu2011ledger, and multiu2011currency environments.u2022 Experience delivering global programs supporting 200+ users across multiple regions.u2022 Demonstrated ability to lead business workshops, drive decisions, and deliver outcomes.u2022 Strong understanding of financial close, inventory, costing, and manufacturing finance impacts.u2022 Demonstrated ability to operate as a handsu2011on Delivery Lead with deep system engagement.u2022 Strong working knowledge of OneStream configuration, calculations, consolidation logic, and close processes.u2022 Proven experience personally supporting close cycles, reconciliations, and gou2011live stabilization.u2022 Fluency in English language u2013 written and verbal. Preferred Qualifications:u2022 Experience replacing Oracle FCCS and/or ARCS with OneStream.u2022 Semiconductor or Hiu2011Tech industry experience.u2022 Experience managing Tieru20111 System Integrators (e.g., Finit, Deloitte, Accenture).u2022 Experience integrating SAP S/4HANA with OneStream in a manufacturing environment.u2022 Strong project leadership skills, including the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive execution.u2022 Strong written and verbal communication skills.u2022 Strong planning and organizational skills.
