If you have a foundational knowledge of AutoCAD and a lot of passion to grow, this is the perfect place to build your future.u00a0u00a0Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Under direct supervision of CAD staff, assists with: Redlines, Civil 3D tasks such as the creation of points, surfaces, alignments, and sections/profiles, Processing CAD and engineering data sets to be used in drawings, Creating figures, Providing basic support for engineering design drawings, Internal CAD standard initiatives such as detail library development, creating symbology, organizing layers in templates, etc.u00a0- Collaborates with CAD staff to meet deadlines, adhere to budgets, and ensures deliverables are reviewed for QA/QCu00a0- Adheres to internal and industry CAD drawing production standardsu00a0Qualifications- High School Diploma or equivalent required. Technical or Associate's degree preferred.u00a0- Basic working knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D required.u00a0- Ability to follow written, verbal, and/or diagrammatic instructionsu00a0- Ability to consistently meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.u00a0- Professional-level verbal and written communication skillsu00a0Physical Requirements / Work Environment- Normal office environment with moderate noise levels, occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs., prolonged sitting, and regular walking, bending, standing and reaching.u00a0- Ability to perform consistent work on a PC with prolonged view of a monitor/screen.u00a0Our best estimate of the salary range for the CAD Technician, located in Seattle or Redmond, WA, is $29.81 -- $39.42 an hour, located in Tacoma, WA is $28.89 -- $38.22 an hour, located in Spokane, WA, Baton Rouge, LA, or Springfield, MO is $27.40 -- $36.25 an hour. Compensation offered will be based on a variety of individual factors, including education and experience, as well as internal equity. GeoEngineers' salary ranges are reviewed and updated each year and employees are eligible for pay increases based on individual performance.
