The Oracle ERP Cloud Analyst will play a key role in supporting and implementing Oracle ERP Cloud solutions across core financial and procurement modules. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals eager to develop expertise in enterprise resource planning, business process analysis, and cloud technology. Key Responsibilities u00b7 Participate in all phases of Oracle ERP Cloud implementation projects, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment u00b7 Assist in configuring and supporting core Oracle ERP modules: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Procurement u00b7 Analyze and map business processes to ERP functionalities, ensuring accurate accounting and reporting u00b7 Support Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R) cycles, including hands-on data entry, reconciliation, and troubleshooting u00b7 Work with FBDI templates for data migration and integration tasks (AR, GL, AP, FA) u00b7 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document requirements, create test scripts, and manage user acceptance testing (UAT) u00b7 Participate in the design and execution of financial reports using Oracle tools (FRS, OTBI, BI Publisher) u00b7 Assist in the configuration of approval workflows, payment processes, and supplier/customer onboarding u00b7 Support integration and automation initiatives using REST APIs and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) u00b7 Contribute to project documentation, knowledge transfer, and end-user training sessions u00b7 Engage in continuous learning and apply best practices in ERP implementation and support Preferred Qualifications Education: u00b7 Bacheloru2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field u00b7 Understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and business process flows. Foundational Skills: u00b7 Familiarity with Oracle ERP Cloud or other ERP systems u00b7 Exposure to data migration tools (FBDI), financial reporting, and reconciliation processes u00b7 Basic knowledge of cloud computing concepts and integration technologies (REST APIs, OIC) u00b7 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills u00b7 Eagerness to learn new technologies and contribute to team success u00b7 Experience with hands-on configuration or support of Oracle ERP modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Procurement) u00b7 Exposure to project-based work, including capstone or internship projects in ERP or financial systems u00b7 Familiarity with BI/reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart View) u00b7 Understanding of tax configuration, intercompany transactions, and multi-currency setups u00b7 Interest in automation, integration, and process optimization within ERP environments Certifications: u00b7 Oracle Cloud ERP Certification (Financials, Procurement, or related) u00b7 Oracle Certified Associate (OCA) or Professional (OCP) Location New hires will be hired at the Cognizant office in Teaneck, NJ where you will work alongside other experienced Cognizant associates delivering technology solutions. The annual salary for this position is $65,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
