Litigation Paralegal

Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join a high-performing legal team at a leading boutique law firm in downtown Chicago. Youu2019ll work directly alongside experienced attorneys on complex commercial litigation matters, supporting case management from intake through trial. Responsibilities: u00b7 Manage case files, discovery, and trial preparation for multiple matters u00b7 Draft, review, and file motions, pleadings, subpoenas, and court documents u00b7 Conduct legal research, summarize depositions and transcripts u00b7 Assist attorneys with preparation for hearings, mediations, and depositions u00b7 Organize exhibits and trial binders; support witness preparation u00b7 Communicate with clients, court staff, and outside vendors u00b7 Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all case-related tasks Requirements Requirements: u00b7 Bacheloru2019s degree or paralegal certificate required u00b7 Minimum 2 yearsu2019 experience as a litigation paralegal in a law firm environment u00b7 Strong knowledge of commercial litigation procedures in Illinois u00b7 Proficient with e-discovery platforms and court e-filing systems u00b7 Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication skills u00b7 Ability to prioritize and handle fast-paced work and multiple deadlines Why apply?
