You provide proactive HR support anddrive tactical execution in partnership with the HR Coordinator in thefunctional areas of employee relations and performance management,benefits management, leave and accommodation, talent management andorganizational development, ensuring a positive workplace culture andeffective HR practices. The HR Business Partner serves as a connectorbetween leaders, employees and HR, fostering communication and drivingHR initiatives to enhance overall company success. SupervisoryResponsibilities: ? Support on boarding, training, and ongoing skilldevelopment of direct reports ? Conduct regular check-ins to supportperformance, development, and accountability ? Oversees the dailyworkflow of the department. ? Coach and mentor the direct reports onbusiness related items ? Provide input on performance evaluations, goalsetting, and development plans Essential Functions ? Partner withleaders to support a people-first approach in achieving the company?sstrategic objectives ? Build trusted relationships with employees todeliver value and drive the employee experience ? Track KPIs and metricsdesigned to tell the story of Human Resources? impact on theorganization ? Lead and/or support AI and automation efforts both withinHuman Resources and in the broader business ? Administer and executehuman resource programs including but not limited to compensation,benefits and retirement plans, and leave; Affirmative Action Plan;disciplinary matters; performance management; talent review andsuccession planning; workforce planning; employee feedback/pulsesurveys; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health andsafety; and training and development ? Manage employment-relatedinquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, partnering oncomplex and/or sensitive matters with the EVP, People ? Support accuratepayroll processing by partnering with the HR Coordinator to complete thepayroll tracker and review/approve payroll for assigned business units ?Create and deliver training to support growth and development of leadersand employees. Coach leaders and employees in their professionaldevelopment. ? Review, track, and document compliance with mandatory andnon-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments inpartnership with the HR Coordinator. This may include safety training,anti-harassment training, professional licensure, and aptitude exams andcertifications ? Maintain compliance with federal, state, and localemployment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviewpolicies and practices to maintain compliance ? Maintain knowledge oftrends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies inhuman resources and employment law ? Support employee off-boardingincluding facilitating exit interviews and managing termination formsand processes in partnership with the HR Coordinator Experience andSkills You Need in this Role: Strong verbal and written communicationskills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability tobuild trusted working relationships with leaders and employees Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills Ability to maintainconfidentiality and exercise discretion Knowledge of federal, state andlocal employment laws that govern the HR function Desire to continuouslylearn and bring new ideas and best practices to the organization Priorexperience managing a HRIS infrastructure, such as Workday, ADPWorkforceNow or Deel A minimum of 2 years of experience in a comparablerole Bachelor?s degree in a related field, pref
