Senior Programmer

Description We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Programmer with deep experience supporting and developing Anti-Money Laundering/Bank Secrecy Act (AML/BSA) enterprise fraud detection systems. This role is focused on development and customization within Actimize ActOne (NICE/ActOne platform) and requires strong hands-on experience with AML models and components including AML-CTR, AML-STAR-INFRA, AML-STAR-FINCEN-SAR, AML-CDD, and UDM. The ideal candidate is an expert Java developer with strong Springboot/Springbatch experience, robust API and microservices development capabilities, and extensive Actimize customization experience. Key Responsibilities: u00b7 Design, develop, test, debug, document, and maintain AML/BSA enterprise fraud applications with a primary focus on Actimize ActOne. u00b7 Modify and optimize procedures to resolve complex application challenges, considering performance, capacity, and operational constraints. u00b7 Collaborate with technical leadership to analyze existing or proposed system features, including integration, security, scalability, and performance requirements. u00b7 Participate in the evaluation and selection of application packages; provide guidance on risks, benefits, and business impacts. u00b7 Develop integration plans and ensure proper integration testing aligned with architectural standards. u00b7 Provide expert-level advice on complex system design issues and contribute to enhancement roadmaps. u00b7 Identify functional and technical requirements for major system modifications or new subu2011system development. u00b7 Create prototype designs for highu2011risk or complex initiatives. u00b7 Serve as thirdu2011level production support, troubleshooting critical issues and ensuring system stability. Requirements Qualifications: u00b7 Bacheloru2019s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or 4+ years equivalent experience. u00b7 5+ years of Java development experience (Springboot, Springbatch, Maven, ANT, JPA/Hibernate). u00b7 Frontu2011end exposure with React and AngularJS. u00b7 5+ years of Actimize experience, including: u00b7 ActOne customization using ActOne Designer u00b7 Plugin implementation u00b7 ETL development using AIS (Actimize Modeler) u00b7 Application installation and upgrades u00b7 Experience with ActOne 6.5/6.6 implementations (ActOne X migration preferred) u00b7 M& Au2011related Actimize data conversion work u00b7 3+ years of API and Microservices development (REST, JSON, Swagger). u00b7 Experience with APIGEE Edge/X, FUSE, Kafka, PubSub, Docker, Kubernetes. u00b7 3+ years of SQL development (Oracle, SQL Server, or Snowflake), including optimized queries and stored procedures. u00b7 Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and decisionu2011making skills. u00b7 Excellent written and verbal communication skills. u00b7 Ability to work in fastu2011paced environments and prioritize multiple tasks. Preferred Qualifications: u00b7 Prior experience working in Agile/Scrum teams. u00b7 Experience deploying applications to Azure, AWS, or GCP. u00b7 Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Zenoss, and Splunk. u00b7 Experience using ADO/GitHub Repositories and Jenkins for build/deploy pipelines. u00b7 Experience developing custom batch processes using Zena. u00b7 Powershell or Bash scripting experience. u00b7 ActOne 6.5/6.6 to ActOne X conversion experience (highly preferred). u00b7 Experience supporting missionu2011critical production environments.
