What Does a Facilities Associate Do? + ?ufe0f Fix What Needs Fixing : Perform general maintenance tasks across plumbing, carpentry, painting, and electrical systems. Youu2019re the go-to for keeping our space functional and polished. + u2699ufe0f Troubleshoot with Confidence : Work independently to identify and resolve issues with material handling systems and facility equipment. Hands-On Experience: 1u20133 years in facilities maintenance or general building operations (required). Retail facilities experience is a plus. + ?ufe0f Mechanical Know-How: Confidence working with hand and power tools, interpreting blueprints, and navigating HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. + Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve facilities issues with a calm, methodical approach. + ? Equipment Proficiency: Comfortable using pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and aerial lifts u2014 safely and efficiently. + ? Physical Readiness: Able to lift up to 75 lbs unassisted, climb ladders, bend, stretch, and stand or walk for long periods in a non-climate-controlled environment. + ? Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to work variable hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional unscheduled overtime. + ?
