DescriptionThe Technology Supply Chain organization is looking for a Senior Program Manager to own the rhythm of business for a global supply chain organization. This role sits at the center of how the organization plans, reviews, and communicates progress against its most important goals. You will own the mechanisms that keep leadership aligned, teams accountable, and the organization moving with clarity and speed. Key job responsibilities - Own organizational goal management end-to-end, including goal quality, submission timelines, and status updates in Kingpin. Partner with goal owners to ensure goals meet the bar for clarity, measurability, and strategic alignment. - Lead org-level business reviews (MBRs, QBRs, 2x2s, and OP reviews), including input collection, AI-assisted drafting, and hosting review meetings with senior leadership. - Build and maintain AI-powered automation to reduce manual effort in business review generation and goal reporting. - Drive the annual planning cycle (OP1/OP2), coordinating inputs across workstreams and ensuring on-time, high-quality submissions. - Own the org calendar of business cadence events, ensuring the right mechanisms run at the right frequency with the right participants. - Identify and close gaps in how the organization tracks and communicates progress, building scalable mechanisms that reduce burden on teams. Beyond the core responsibilities above, this role may also own or support: - Budget and financial planning support: Coordinating with finance partners during OP cycles and tracking spend against plan. - Talent review coordination: Managing the cadence for performance calibrations, promotion cycles, and org-level talent reviews. - New employee onboarding: Owning the org onboarding experience, including orientation materials and first-90-days guidance. - Team communications: Drafting and distributing org-wide communications, all-hands agendas, and leadership updates. - Action item tracking: Owning the mechanism for capturing, assigning, and closing action items from business reviews and leadership meetings. A day in the life You start the week reviewing Kingpin for goal updates due from teams, flagging any that need attention before the Monday leadership sync. Mid-week, you run the AI-assisted MBR drafting process you created, pulling data from dashboards and coordinating inputs from workstream leads. By Thursday, you are hosting a review prep session with the leadership team. On Friday, you close the week by updating the org calendar and sending the weekly digest to the broader team. No two weeks are identical, but the mechanisms you own ensure the organization never loses its rhythm. About the team The Technology Supply Chain organization manages the end-to-end technology supply chain for Amazon's operations network, spanning planning, procurement, fulfillment, and engineering. The Central Programs team is the connective tissue of the organization, ensuring leadership has the information, mechanisms, and tools needed to make fast, high-quality decisions at scale while enabling other teams to move faster.Basic Qualifications- 5+ years of program or project management experience - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership - Bachelor's degree - Experience with AI/ML technologies - Experience with planning, performance metrics, and process improvementPreferred Qualifications- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience - Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field - Experience in supply chain Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
