Sr. Manager, Home Infusion Services Summary Clientu2011facing leadership role responsible for leading implementation, operational oversight, and business development activities for an infusion pharmacy operation. This position partners closely with hospital leadership and other key stakeholders to implement specialty medication programs while enhancing the patient continuum of care. new business contracts, including thirdu2011party, manual, and 340B programs Education and Experience Basic Qualifications u2022 PharmD or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited college of pharmacy required u2022 Active Pennsylvania pharmacist license in good standing required u2022 Minimum of two (2) years of cumulative management or leadership experience in a home infusion pharmacy or hospital pharmacy setting required Preferred Qualifications u2022 Five (5) or more years of cumulative management or leadership experience in a home infusion pharmacy or hospital pharmacy setting preferred u2022 Familiarity with Epic, Cerner, Beacon, or home infusion pharmacy information systems preferred Competencies u2022 Strong leadership skills u2022 Strong financial and business acumen of federal, state, and local pharmacy laws and regulations u2022 Proficiency with workflow concepts related to home infusion pharmacy operations u2022 Strong knowledge of controlled substance regulations under DEA, state, and local requirements u2022 Understanding of compounding regulations per USP standards, including USP 797 and USP 800 u2022 Detailed understanding of REMS programs for
