Description Our client is seeking and detail-oriented Personal Injury Paralegal to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Responsibilities: u2022 Provide comprehensive support to attorneys and paralegals in managing personal injury or medical malpractice cases. u2022 Review, organize, and analyze medical records and documentation essential for case preparation. u2022 Maintain consistent communication with clients to gather necessary information and address inquiries. u2022 Coordinate with healthcare providers and insurance companies to obtain required medical documents. u2022 Assist in trial preparation, including discovery and civil litigation tasks. u2022 Utilize case management software to organize and track case details efficiently. u2022 Facilitate the processing of no-fault insurance claims and ensure accurate documentation. u2022 Conduct research to support case development and strategy. u2022 Collaborate with the legal team to ensure deadlines and court requirements are met. u2022 Prepare legal documents and correspondence as needed. Requirements u2022 Certification as a paralegal or a relevant degree in legal studies. u2022 Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical malpractice or personal injury law. u2022 Proficiency in handling no-fault insurance claims and obtaining medical records. u2022 Strong knowledge of discovery, civil litigation, and trial preparation processes. u2022 Familiarity with case management software and legal documentation. u2022 Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. u2022 Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. u2022 High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
