Civil Engineer u2013 Land DevelopmentAbout the Role Weu2019re looking for a driven and collaborative Civil Engineer to play a key role in expanding our Land Development practice. In this clientu2011facing position, youu2019ll build and strengthen relationships with private real estate developers, lead multidisciplinary project teams, and help shape the future of our growing practice. Youu2019ll take ownership of proposals, project budgets, and client accounts while guiding technical design efforts and mentoring emerging talent. What Youu2019ll Do + Develop and maintain strong relationships with private land development and redevelopment clients + Lead business development efforts, including proposal preparation and project budgeting + Manage client accounts, including billing, collections, and longu2011term relationship stewardship + Oversee and guide project design teams to deliver highu2011quality, onu2011time work + Mentor, train, and support junior staff in their technical and professional growth + Participate in and lead internal training sessions and management meetings + Collaborate closely with the Land Development Practice Area Director on mission alignment, quality assurance, staff development, and project performance Core Skills & Expertise + Civil engineering design + Land development and site planning + Project management and team leadership + Civil 3D and AutoCAD + Subdivision and site layout + Utility coordination and permitting + Geotechnical and stormwater understanding + Traffic impact analysis + Erosion and sediment control + Construction management + Billing and client account oversight + Business development and proposal writing Qualifications + Bacheloru2019s degree in Civil Engineering + 5+ years of relevant experience in land development + PE license preferred (or ability to obtain) Why Youu2019ll Love Working Here Join a team that values creativity, collaboration, and personal growth.
