JobSummary: The Presales Manager - Hybrid Infrastructurewill lead a team oftechnical presales professionals focused on delivering innovativeHybridInfrastructuresolutions in the Central region. This role will manageday-to-day operations of the presales team, coach team members toperform ata high level, and collaborate closely with Sales, SolutionsArchitects, and Services teams to drive customer success and revenuegrowth.This role plays a key role in developing and executinggo-to-market initiatives, managing pipeline health, and ensuring thetechnical presales team is aligned with business priorities. What youwill do: Lead and manage a team of presales engineers supportingHybridInfrastructureopportunities. Conduct regular performance check-ins,provide coaching and mentorship, and support professional development.Set clear individual and team expectations, drive accountability, andcelebrate successes. Partner with account teams to support sales cyclesby providing technicalexpertiseand crafting solution strategies tailoredto customer needs. Review and enhance technical proposals,presentations, and demonstrations to ensure they align with businessoutcomes. Participate in high-impact customer engagements and help drivealignment with customer technical stakeholders. Monitor presalesactivities and engagement across active opportunities to ensure strongcoverage and quality support. Provide feedback on opportunityqualification and help accelerate deal velocity through strategicresource alignment. Track KPIs, metrics, and reporting in supportofaccurateforecasting and pipeline visibility. Collaboratecross-functionally with Sales, Professional Services, Practice Leaders,and other internal stakeholders to drivepresalesexcellence and deliverseamless customer experiences. Help implement presales best practicesand standard operating procedures. Contribute to GTM initiatives,including solution packaging, messaging, and enablement. Identifygaps intools, processes, or training and proactively recommend solutions. Stayinformed on emerging technologies and industry trends relevant todigitalexperience,cloud, data, AI, and software engineering.
