Paralegal - Tort Experience

Job Description Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Paralegal with Tort litigation experience to support attorneys within a public-sector, transportation-focused legal environment. This role provides hands-on litigation support across tort matters and requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced setting. Key Responsibilities: u2022Provide litigation support for tort-related matters, including personal injury and complex claims u2022Assist with discovery, including document collection, review, production, and responses u2022Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, subpoenas, correspondence, and legal memoranda u2022Track court deadlines, maintain litigation calendars, and manage case files u2022Support trial and hearing preparation, including exhibits, binders, and deposition materials u2022Conduct legal and factual research under attorney supervision u2022u2003Coordinate with attorneys, internal stakeholders, courts, and outside counsel u2022u2003Maintain confidentiality and comply with public-sector legal and records requirements We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
