Responsibilities: u2022 Represent clients in high-stakes family law cases, including court appearances in the Bay Area. u2022 Draft and review legal motions, briefs, and other documentation with precision and attention to detail. u2022 Manage discovery processes, ensuring thorough preparation and compliance with legal protocols. u2022 Provide strategic advice and counsel to clients, addressing their unique needs with compassion and attention to detail. u2022 Collaborate with colleagues to refine legal templates and enhance operational systems for improved efficiency. u2022 Maintain a proactive approach to case management, advancing matters effectively and meeting deadlines. u2022 Participate in firm-wide initiatives aimed at client growth and business development. u2022 Uphold ethical standards and contribute to the firm's reputation for delivering exceptional legal services. u2022 Mentor entry-level attorneys to foster growth and development within the team. u2022 Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations while representing clients. Requirements u2022 Must possess a valid license to practice law in California. u2022 Minimum of 7 years of experience in family law or civil litigation. u2022 Proven ability to draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents to a high standard. u2022 Strong expertise in managing discovery processes and preparing for litigation. u2022 Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset. u2022 Effective communication abilities, both written and oral, to interact with clients and legal professionals. u2022 Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting. u2022 Commitment to maintaining professionalism and ethical conduct in all aspects of the role.
