Part Time Shuttle Driver

Job Description: Service Shuttle Driver u00a0Department: Service Reports To: Service Manager / Service Director Position Summary: The Service Shuttle Driver is responsible for providing safe, timely, and professional transportation for Honda World service customers. This role ensures customers are transported to their homes, workplaces, or other nearby destinations while their vehicles are being serviced and returned to the dealership once their service is complete. The Shuttle Driver plays an important role in delivering a positive customer experience and representing Honda World with professionalism and courtesy. Key Responsibilities u2022 Safely transport service customers to and from their home, office, or other local destinations while their vehicle is being serviced. u2022 Pick up customers and return them to Honda World once their vehicle service is complete. u2022 Maintain clear communication with service advisors regarding customer pick-ups, drop-offs, and service completion times. u2022 Provide excellent customer service and represent Honda World in a professional and courteous manner at all times. u2022 Assist customers in and out of the shuttle vehicle when necessary. u2022 Ensure the shuttle vehicle remains clean, fueled, and properly maintained. u2022 Follow all traffic laws and dealership safety policies. u2022 Keep accurate records of shuttle trips and customer transportation requests if required. u2022 Immediately report any vehicle issues, accidents, or incidents to management. u2022 Assist the service department with light duties when not actively transporting customers.u00a0 Qualifications u00a0u2022 Valid driveru2019s license with a clean driving record. u00a0u2022 Ability to pass a motor vehicle record check . u2022 Excellent customer service and communication skills. u00a0u2022 Professional appearance and positive attitude. u2022 Ability to work in a fast-paced service department environment. u00a0u2022 Dependable and punctual.
