Job Description A customer of Insight Global is looking for a Service Technician to support their customer base on site in the Las Vegas, NV area. These individuals will be responsible for working with the existing customer base in the local area to service security systems at various locations in the local territory. They will utilize their customer service skills to work directly with the troubling shooting of current systems and getting them cell phone access to the company application for their security system. If you need assistance and/or a reasonable accommodation due to a disability during the application or recruiting process, please send a request to learn more about how we collect, keep, and process your private information, please review Insight Global's Workforce Privacy Policy: Skills and Requirements Required Skills & Experience -1+ years of experience working with CCTV, Card Access, or residential low voltage. -Current valid State Driver's License and reliable transportation to transport necessary tools and equipment -Familiar with power and hand tools (drills, wire cutters, etc.) -Customer service skills and professionalism over the phone and in person -Ability to work under general supervision and independently at multiple customer sites daily. -Comfortable with computers, basic Microsoft Suite, Smartphone devices (mostly for documentation and scheduling). -Hands-on experience with installation, repair, troubleshooting or set-up of devices (security cameras, alarm systems, Network/WiFi, wires or cabling, phones, tablets, ATMs, printers, etc.) -Some technical school training -Prior experience with providing services to electrical systems -Prior sales experience (will have the opportunity to earn commission in this role for upselling) -Sheriff Card -Prior work experience at ADT
