About the Role Under broad direction from the Global Asset Management Lead, theSurface Facilities Assurance Supervisoris responsible for establishing, maintaining, and assuring processes, standards, and technical execution for surface facilities across Integrated Asset Management (IAM) projects. This role provides governance, assurance, and subject matter expertise across the asset lifecycle u2014 from pursuit through execution u2014 ensuring that surface facility design, construction, and operational readiness meet safety, quality, compliance, and performance expectations. Key Responsibilities + Develop and maintain surface facilities standards, processes, and governance frameworks to ensure consistency across IAM projects. + Ensure surface facility design, construction, and execution activities meet safety, quality, regulatory, and compliance requirements. + Lead assurance reviews, design validations, and compliance assessments, providing guidance on risks, deviations, and continuous improvement opportunities. + Provide surface facilities subject matter expertise to support bids, proposals, and tender evaluations, including input on execution strategies, contractor capabilities, and risk management. + Support project execution by participating in design reviews, contractor evaluations, and assurance activities across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases. + Contribute to the development of execution plans, resourcing strategies, and risk registers for surface facility scopes. + Deliver training and guidance to ensure teams understand and consistently apply surface facility standards, procedures, and best practices. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive alignment, improve technical execution, and support successful project delivery. Qualifications u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in engineering or related STEM discipline required. u2022 Minimum 15+ years of experience in oil & gas surface facilities (including design, construction, and operations). u2022 At least 10 years of experience within an E&P operator environment. u2022 Strong expertise in surface facilities engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations. u2022 Experience with multiple contracting strategies, including lump-sum EPC, unit rate, and time & materials. u2022 Strong understanding of industry codes, standards, and regulatory requirements. u2022 Experience supporting integrated asset lifecycle projects, from development through execution. u2022 Proven experience in assurance, audits, and governance frameworks. u2022 Experience working in international or multi-regional environments is preferred. u2022 Ability to influence and manage processes across stakeholders without direct supervisory responsibility. u2022 Proficiency in Spanish or Arabic is preferred. u2022 Willingness and ability to travel up to 40% annually.
