Job Description IC4 - Regional Deployment Project Manager Location: United States (DC/KC/Austin/Nashville highly preferred) Travel: Up to 50% No visa sponsorship is available for this position. We are seeking a VA Regional Deployment Project Manager to support government engagement and deployment efforts within a designated Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN). This project manager role is responsible for acting as a trusted advisor to regional Veterans Affairs (VA) leadership and supporting delivery of standardized deployment methods that align with contractual obligations across the VISN VA medical centers (VAMCs) and associated facilities. The ideal candidate has experience in federal healthcare, can build strong relationships within the VA ecosystem, and a track record of aligning complex enterprise solutions with mission-critical needs. Key Responsibilities: u2022 Serve as a supporting role within the assigned VISNs, acting as a trusted advisor to VA regional leadership. u2022 Deliver clear, executive-level briefings and program updates. u2022 Support large-scale client deployments and ensure alignment with client needs and Oracle Healthu2019s delivery methodology. u2022 Support successful scope delivery as outlined within the agreed upon federal contracts. u2022 Build and sustain strong, collaborative relationships with VISN and VA stakeholders. u2022 Influence internal and external cross-functional teams and collaborate with senior leadership to drive outcomes. u2022 Lead strategic initiatives that align with program goals and enhance mission delivery. u2022 Support region-specific operational, clinical, and technical challenges with tailored solutions. u2022 Support teams through organizational and process transformations with clarity and confidence. Qualifications: u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree or equivalent experience. u2022 8+ years in project management, EHR implementation, or related roles, with client-facing experience. u2022 Demonstrated success in deployment strategy and execution for enterprise customers. u2022 Familiarity with federal contracts and healthcare delivery systems. u2022 Experience with federal or public sector clients. u2022 Strong understanding of healthcare operations and IT. u2022 Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence across all levels of an organization. u2022 Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on conflict resolution and performance management. u2022 Highly organized, with strong time management skills, attention to detail, and reliable follow-through. u2022 Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and adapting to evolving priorities. u2022 Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related business applications. u2022 U.S. citizenship required; must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance. u2022 Willingness and ability to travel to client sites as needed. u2022 PMP certification preferred. Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US: Hiring Range in USD from: $87,000 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
