Job Description A wellu2011established Personal Injury & Litigation Law Firm headquartered in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a highly experienced Associate Attorney to join its growing team. This is a fully remote role open to candidates located anywhere, provided they are licensed to practice in California. The firm is known for handling complex, highu2011stakes plaintiffu2011side personal injury litigation across multiple jurisdictions nationwide. This position is ideal for a trialu2011ready attorney eager to consistently take cases to verdict with the support of an exceptional legal infrastructure. Typical Responsibilities Serve as lead or firstu2011chair trial attorney on personal injury plaintiff cases Manage litigation from preu2011suit through trial, including depositions, motions, and court appearances Handle complex, multiu2011state personal injury matters (with primary activity in jurisdictions such as California, Florida, and Texas) Collaborate with a robust internal team, including a dedicated paralegal, calendar manager, and case managers Develop case strategy and aggressively advocate for clients through trial Work closely with senior leadership and fellow attorneys in a remote, trialu2011focused environment We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
