The pay range is $95,000.00 - $171,000.00 Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. The GLOBAL COMMERCE TEAM is a new capability being built within Owned Brands. We are dedicated to driving owned brand growth through a new Wholesale Operating Model that brings our exceptional owned brand experience and amazing products to global markets through strategic wholesale partnerships. We aim to enhance the visibility of our owned brands, boost sales on a global scale and win over a diverse range of guests. : The Sr Manager Global Commerce plays a crucial role in leading the wholesale team's efforts to drive revenue growth and expand the company's Owned brand presence through wholesale partnerships worldwide. The Senior Sales Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams such as marketing, operations, OB Merch, Product Ops and Design and Wholesale partner to identify new business opportunities, manage key accounts, and ensure the success of the Owned Brand products within wholesale channels. Responsibilities: Wholesale Strategy, Reporting & Forecasting u2022 Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed wholesale revenue targets. u2022 Create a roadmap for expanding the company's footprint within wholesale accounts. u2022 Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for leaders u2022 Identify risks or gaps in sales performance and proactively address them. Market Analysis: u2022 Conduct competitive market analysis to identify opportunities and challenges within the market industry, ensuring the company stays ahead of market trends. Account Management: u2022 Manage and nurture relationships with existing wholesale partners to drive sales growth, increase product placements, and optimize account performance. u2022 Develop and execute assortment proposals for potential and existing wholesale partners. u2022 Monitor sales performance of wholesale accounts, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement. u2022 Responsible for creating complete catalog of OB Product offerings for wholesale partner selection. u2022 Strategic recommendation of products to optimize product placement and brand experience u2022 Onboarding new wholesale partners, providing training and support materials. u2022 Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate invoicing and payment processing. Communication & Coordination: u2022 Facilitate communication and coordination between internal teams and wholesale partners. u2022 Working closely with Target Creative and Marketing team to execute partner marketing needs u2022 Ensure that wholesale partners are informed about new product launches, marketing campaigns, and company updates. Cross-Functional Collaboration u2022 Work closely with internal Owned Brand and enterprise marketing teams to ensure that wholesale partners receive exceptional support and product offerings. Problem Resolution: u2022 Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by wholesale partners, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnership success.
