Key Responsibilities: + Champion the implementation, monitoring, and verification of food safety, workplace safety, and Quality Assurance (QA) standards across assigned units. + Provide clear, actionable written feedback to managers and culinary teams to support continuous improvement and safe operating practices. + Partner with unit leaders to identify safety or QA gaps and help drive timely, effective solutions. + Collaborate with clients, leadership teams, unit managers, and culinary staff on safety- and QAu2011related initiatives and improvements. + Participate in internal backu2011ofu2011house inspections and support preparation for external audits. + Deliver training and guidance on food safety, workplace safety, and QA protocols, ensuring documentation and records are accurate and up to date. + Contribute to additional safety, QA, and operational tasks as needed to support unit success. Required Qualifications: + Minimum of 2 years of food service experience. + ServSafe certification. + Working knowledge of food safety principles and basic regulatory requirements (FDA Food Code familiarity is a plus). + Strong timeu2011management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). + Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly in timeu2011sensitive situations. + Highly organized, detailu2011focused, and consistent with followu2011through. + Ability to work independently while demonstrating sound judgment, initiative, and problemu2011solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: + 2+ years of food safety inspection or auditing experience. + CPu2011FS credential. + OSHA 10u2011Hour certification. + Experience supporting multiu2011unit or distributed food service operations.
