PositionOverview We're looking for a Lead AI Business Consultant to bridge thegap between business strategy and AI innovation. In this highly visiblerole, you'll shape how AI creates value across the enterprise, workingclosely with business leaders, data science teams, and externalpartners. You'll anticipate challenges, drive adoption of emerging AIsolutions, and ensure that our investments in AI deliver measurablebusiness impact. Essential Duties Include, but are not limited to, thefollowing: Serve as the AI technical SME between business units,portfolio partners, and AI/ML teams. Drive customer awareness of the AIportfolio clearly explaining AI capabilities and demonstrating how theycan address client needs, improve efficiency, reduce costs, and drivegrowth. Share the art of the possible to close the gap between AI techand business needs. Advise with a consultative approach, developing adeep understanding of customer pain points and offering customized AIsolutions. Contribute to AI team portfolio management. Identifyopportunities to apply AI for efficiency, growth, and customer value.Support and occasionally lead cross-functional AI initiatives fromconcept to delivery. Partner to translate technical AI concepts intoclear business outcomes for senior leaders. Ensure AI initiatives meetregulatory, ethical, and operational requirements. Represent the companyin external AI forums and industry collaborations. Uphold companymission and values through accountability, innovation, integrity,quality, and teamwork. Support and comply with the company's QualityManagement System policies and procedures. Maintain regular and reliableattendance. Ability to act with an inclusion mindset and model thesebehaviors for the organization. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor'sdegree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or arelated field; or High School Diploma/General Education Degree and 4+years of relevant as outlined in the essential duties in lieu ofBachelor's Degree. 8+ years in business relationship...
