JOB REQUIREMENTS: SHINE Technologies is seeking a Senior AssemblyTechnician who will be responsible for helping to lead and train theassembly team daily. The Senior Assembly Technician will also beresponsible for manufacturing and assembly of complex electrical andmechanical components and assemblies, including first of a kind andprototype builds. Produces components with limited instruction accordingto design documentation including schematics, models, drawings, andother work instructions. Test and verify components and assemblies usingelectrical testing and/or precision measurement equipment. Troubleshootsproblems and makes necessary adjustments to product and processes. Workswith design and production personnel to improve assembly process. Thebase salary range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00 per hour plus acomprehensive compensation package. Our salary ranges are determined byrole, level, and location. Duties and Responsibilities of the SeniorAssembly Technician: Specific duties and responsibilities include, butare not limited to: Build first of a kind and prototype assemblies withlimited instructions. Perform I/O checks, troubleshoot and repairproblems found during testing. Assist in the documentation of newprocesses. Assemble a large variety of specialized electro-mechanicalcomponents and subsystems. Assemble electrical control panels, includingpoint to point-to-point wiring, and installation of a wide variety ofelectronic and electro-mechanical components. Conduct testing andvalidation of output following test procedures. Inspect and cleancomponents before assembly. Maintain required production records andprovide feedback. Interact with engineering staff both verbally and inwritten form. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area. Performjob duties with minimal instruction or supervision. Assists withtraining new hires. Serves as a mentor for the assembly team. Limitedtravel as required. All other duties as assigned. OTHEREXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: 5-10 plus years of electrical assemblyexperience, or similar experience from working in a technicalenvironment. Ability to read and interpret schematics, drawings, solidmodels, and bills of material. Ability to build and test with limitedinstructions. Experience creating assembly documentation and developingprocesses. Experience training personnel preferred. Elevated level ofcompetence in the use of various hand and power tools, fabricationskills preferred. Independent worker with excellent communicationskills. Experience in interacting with engineering personnel in atechnical capacity. Familiarity with vacuum component handling andtesting is preferred. Familiarity with safe lifting/rigging concepts ispreferred. Desire to learn innovative technologies and concepts.Proficient using computers for viewing and modifying documentation andgeneral office use. Ability to lift 50 pounds.
