The Big Task As an HVAC Install Apprentice, you'll support experienced HVAC Lead Installers in installing, maintaining, and servicing heating and cooling systems, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standard. Key Sub Tasks u2022 Assist HVAC Lead Installers with equipment installation, replacement, and maintenance in residential and commercial settings u2022 Transport, organize, and stage tools, materials, and equipment at job sites u2022 Follow all safety procedures, including proper handling of refrigerants, electrical components, and heavy equipment u2022 Maintain clean and organized work areas, both on-site and in service vehicles u2022 Observe and learn installation techniques, troubleshooting, and system diagnostics from experienced technicians u2022 Document work performed, materials used, and any jobsite notes accurately for records and follow-up u2022 Communicate professionally with team members and customers, helping to ensure a smooth installation experience Desired Skills and Experience If you are dependable, eager to learn, and enjoy hands-on work, you'll thrive as an HVAC Install Apprentice. This role is ideal for someone starting a career in HVAC installation. You should have a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work in physically active environments. While prior HVAC experience is a plus, a willingness to learn, follow instructions, and stay safety-conscious is most important.
