Manufacturing & Operations professionals help our clients achieve their ambitions for digital transformation within their core manufacturing and operations throughout the full lifecycle of their assets. With domain expertise across consulting and technology they unlock new sources of opex and capex efficiency and effectiveness. Intelligent Asset Managementprofessionals are focused on improving profitability and reducing asset-related operational risk over the life cycle, by defining, developing and deploying intelligent asset management solutions (EAM, RBI, etc). The Work: + Define Solution Blueprinting with Advisory consulting with EAM solutions, with HxGN EAM for business stakeholders in large Discrete manufacturing customers. + Conduct Business workshops for defining AS-IS / TO-BE processes with use cases across the business functions in Integrated Asset Life Cycle Management such as Asset Planning & Acquistion, Work & Asset Management, Field Service Management. Supply Chain Management, Asset Performance Management & Reliability Strategies. + Prepare / Review Functional or Technical Design documents and advise Enterprise Architects of clients on EAM solution landscape + Assist in the creation and execution of system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live support. + Manage and ensure timely project delivery with the highest quality and turnaround metrics through leading a team of experienced EAM professionals + Develop and articulate strategic recommendations based on rigorous data analysis. + Develop Points of View (POVs) and Thought Capital around the recent and upcoming trends and technologies in Asset Life Cycle Management + Should possess a team-oriented and collaborative approach, and excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities + Should be comfortable functioning in a broadly positioned and diverse consulting environment Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements. Hereu2019s What You Need: + Minimum 5 years previous experience in a technical advisory or consulting role documenting functional and technical designs, configuring HxGN EAM applications to support client business processes in 3 or more business functions Asset & Work Management, Supply Chain Management, Asset Performance Management (APM) and associated user stories across Asset Life Cycle Management + Must have completed at least 1 HxGN EAM implementation experience, including EAM 11.x and 12.x + Minimum 3 years HxGN EAM Upgrade experience, preferably to EAM 12.x with different hosting options - On Prem or Cloud (Private Cloud / Azure / AWS) with different operating systems. + Must have 3 years implementation experience of EAM Offline Mobile, or Digital Work. Bonus Points If: + Lead the Upgrade / Migration program with Data Migration / upload with the cut-over / deployment experience in large HxGN EAM upgrade / migration programs. + You have experience in one or 2 applications such as Cognos / Business Intelligence / Power BI or any other Datawarehouse tools. + You have implementation experience with any HxGN EAM integration with PLM or MES systems, IoT Sensors and devices, or Procurement systems. + You have experience with integrating HxGN EAM with GIS, particularly using the GIS Toolbar. + You have experience with technical configuration tools in HxGN EAM such as Flex SQL, Python Studio, Extensibility Framework (EF), or the Web Services API. + You have done EAM Strategy consulting with end-to-end Asset Life Cycle management with 3 or more business functions in Asset Investment Planning, Asset Acquisition, Asset and Work Management, Planning & Scheduling, Supply Chain management, Asset Retirement and Reliability Strategies with any leading AIP or ERP or APM solutions. + You have good experience and understanding in Industry specific standards / compliance requirements like OSHA Regulations (ISO 45001) / National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), ASME, API, preferably with Automotive / Aero & Defense / Industrial manufacturing experience. + You improvise and adapt to lead clients and teams through change and ambiguity + You have gained the trust of your clients and partnered with them to: design business process, lead design thinking workshops, develop business case, deliver agile projects, develop new operating model, manage talent and change, co-create intellectual property + Bacheloru2019s Degree or 12 years equivalent work experience; Associate degree or 15+ years equivalent work experience.
