Description As a Product Manager on our team, youu2019ll be a part of diverse and supportive team that ensures our technology fulfills Appleu2019s vision of enabling employees to deliver the best Retail experience in the world. Youu2019ll partner closely with Engineering, Design, Store Operations, Online, and Marketing teams to deliver technology solutions that enhance the customer experience and optimize business processes in our stores. Our Personalization team focuses on supporting our employees by surfacing relevant product recommendations, customer insights, and creating dynamic workflows to make the shopping experience as seamless and curated as possible. Minimum Qualifications + 3+ years of dedicated Product Management experience with a proven track record of owning and delivering product roadmaps from ideation to launch and ongoing support. + Experience working with engineering teams to develop tools and technology that align with business and customer experience goals. + Expertise writing detailed business requirements intended for software engineering and UI/UX design. + Experience gained within a retail, consumer products, consulting, or SaaS company is required. Preferred Qualifications + Experience leading complex technology projects from conception to delivery, including global enterprise-level mobile and web applications, in fast-paced environments. Proven expertise in navigating the full development lifecycle, resolving issues, and applying user experience and interactive design methodologies. + Expertise writing detailed business requirements intended for software engineering and UI/UX design; demonstrated success prioritizing work into Epics, User Stories, and writing Acceptance Criteria. + Demonstrated ability to work with partners to clarify business problems, identify process/user experience improvement opportunities, and represent business interests during the design and development of technology solutions. + Strong communication and collaboration skills, with demonstrated success prioritizing features, coordinating schedules across platforms, and clearly communicating with partners on roadmaps, delivery status, and change management details. + Demonstrated ability to leverage data analytics, A/B testing, and other quantitative and qualitative methods to inform product decisions, optimize features, and drive user engagement and business growth. + Demonstrates Appleu2019s values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities.
