We are currently seeking a Bridge Inspection Team Leader to join our Bridge Inspection Group in our Harrisburg, PA office to support and lead structural inspection programs for state, federal, and railroad clients. What You'll Do: In this role, you will take ownership of planning, executing, and documenting bridge and ancillary structure inspections in compliance with NBIS, FRA, and agency-specific standards. You will guide field teams, coordinate complex field logistics, ensure safety in challenging environments, and provide immediate engineering judgment when critical conditions are identified. This role is hands-on, field-forward, and ideal for a someone who thrives in both technical analysis and real-time problem solving. Travel is a minor component of the work with most inspections being performed on single-day trips. Key Responsibilities: Review bridge plans and previous inspection reports and plan field operations. Schedule and coordinate field activities with clients, railroads, police agencies, subcontractors, and equipment vendors. Assign and supervise team members during field activities and office tasks. Prepare and implement health & safety plans and traffic control plans and ensure safe field operations.
