JOB REQUIREMENTS: Maintenance Technician I, II, or III POSITION SUMMARY:Responsible for the overall upkeep and maintenance of Gaming buildingsto include grounds keeping. Continuation of this position is contingentupon funding allocations. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Complete workorders in a timely manner. Complete daily work logs regarding time,date, materials used using computers and hand held electronic devices.Ability to operate and maintain tools, lifts, and equipment. Establishand maintain an inventory of maintenance equipment and supplies. Performinspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs. Deliver/assemblematerials, furniture, and equipment as needed. Complete projects toinclude building repairs, painting, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC orelectrical projects. Maintain Gaming facilities exterior, roof andgrounds. Complete grounds keeping, grass cutting, weed eating,landscaping, garbage removal, cleaning of ramp, entrances and lots.Remove snow from Gaming Division parking lots and sidewalks. Maintainstrict departmental security, confidentiality, and quality to meetprofessional standards of the department. Adhere to all Tribal PersonnelPolicies and Procedures, Tribal Standard Operating Procedures, and Areaand Program Strategic Plans and Policies.
