To learn more about playing for Team Amcor, visit I LinkedIn I Glassdoor I Facebook I YouTube Job Description Responsibilities: u00b7 Maintain and enforce all company safety, environmental, and department of health requirements. u00b7 Continuously monitor and react to long term production costs and efficiency trends u00b7 Assist product development on new tool designs, start-ups and samples. u00b7 Set priorities and direct the Process Improvement Team in day to day activities. u00b7 Establish short and long term goals to optimize uptime and efficiency u00b7 Track progress on goals to keep results on target while meeting deadlines u00b7 Develop and implement capital projects that will reduce costs and improve operating efficiency. u00b7 Aid in the testing of new resins and material substitutions. u00b7 Prioritize machine/mold issues to develop data driven root-cause analysis and corrective action plans along with short and long term preventive maintenance plans. u00b7 Optimize facility production cell layouts to increase safety and efficiency. u00b7 Communicate with the quality department to react to any daily production issues and help develop customer feedback on any concerns. u00b7 Lead and mentor others to aid in the development of personnel Our Expectations We expect our people to be guided by The Amcor Way and demonstrate our Values every day to enable the business to win.
