Description: You will be the Financial Analyst Sr for the THAAD Production and Acceleration Finance & Business Operations (F&BO) Team. Our team is responsible for delivering advanced missileu2011defense capabilities through rigorous financial stewardship and crossu2011functional collaboration. What You Will Be Doing As the Financial Analyst Sr you will be responsible for collaborating in a highu2011visibility finance function that drives both tactical execution and strategic shapeu2011making for the THAAD program. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: + Manage program business and financial performance from proposal through contract closeout. + Conduct financial analyses and develop forecasts to guide strategic decisionu2011making. + Produce timely, accurate financial results reporting (orders, sales, profit, cash) on monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles. + Align program processes and business rhythms by collaborating with functional and program personnel. + Identify risks and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions to keep the program on track. Basic Qualifications: - Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline - Demonstrated strong financial / analytical skills - Excellent communication / presentation skills - Aptitude to facilitate results, self-starter attitude, process oriented, structured problem solver Desired Skills: - Cost Control / Estimating experience - Long Range Plan / Orders, Sales, Profit, Cash experience - Oracle / SAP / Cobra experience - Program Cost Baseline / EAC Management experience Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
