Job Title: Analytical Chemistry Data Analyst Job Description The Analytical Chemistry Data Analyst will assist in creating and implementing Smartsheet Project Tracker templates and live project plans. This role involves maintaining templates, entering, and migrating data, and requires familiarity with analytical chemistry terminology, processes, and methods. Responsibilities + Assist in drafting and reviewing Smartsheet project tracker templates and project-specific work package trackers. + Create Smartsheet project trackers for project management or similar programming, such as Microsoft Project. + Utilize standard Microsoft programs including Excel, Word, and Project. + Conduct data entry in pre-created tracker templates. + Maintain and migrate data within templates. Essential Skills + Strong experience with Smartsheet or similar project management tools. + Familiarity with analytical chemistry terminology and processes. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word. + Experience in analytical chemistry within an FDA-regulated environment. + Bacheloru2019s Degree in Chemistry or related science with 2 years of relevant experience. + 2 years of experience as an analytical chemist using Smartsheet for data entry, project tracking, etc Additional Skills & Qualifications + Ability to read, analyze, and interpret scientific and analytical documents. + Competence in responding to inquiries from customers, regulatory agencies, or business community members. + Ability to present information effectively to management. + Basic mathematical skills. + Organized, detail-oriented, accurate, reliable, communicative, and collaborative. + Unafraid to ask questions and seek direction when needed. Work Environment This role is based in the analytical chemistry department of a Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO). Initially, the position is fully on-site, with potential for a hybrid role (2 days remote) after demonstrating proficiency. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, totaling 40 hours per week, with some flexibility in starting hours to accommodate personal obligations. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Boulder, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $33.00/hr.
