Overview We are currently seeking a Customer Development Intern to join the Primo Brands Sales organization based in Stamford, CT / Greenwich, CT area . This position will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the planning and execution of our annual most highly visible event, the National Sales Meeting (NSM), as well as helping with planning and tracking key commercial activities pre- and post-NSM. This individual must be well-organized and detailed to bring to life an unforgettable event that will be both engaging and productive to kick off the Sales year ahead. In addition, they must be collaborative in nature, as they will need to bring different groups together and track the readiness of our commercial planning deliverables to be ready to sell to customers. Internship Program Duration and Key Dates: Monday, May 11, 2026 u2013 Friday, July 31, 2026 _(12 weeks)._ Must be available for: + Program Welcome Weeks: 5/11 - 5/29 (excluding unpaid company holiday, 5/25) + National Sales Meeting event: Week of 6/22 - 6/26 + Final Project Presentations: Week of 7/27 u2013 7/31 _We also ask that you be present for at least 6 of the 7 remaining weeks, excluding unpaid company holidays (Friday, 6/19 & Friday, 7/3). Any known absences/unpaid time off must be communicated in advance to the Recruiter, Internship Program leaders and the Hiring Manager._ Location: Elmsford, NY - ability to travel to Stamford, CT and surrounding towns. Eligibility : Ability to commute to our Primo Brands location in Elmsford, NY and to the NSM venue in Greenwich, CT throughout the program. This internship is designed as a paid professional experience and does not include academic credit. Compensation: $24.00 / hour Schedule/Hours per week: Monday u2013 Friday, 30 u2013 40 hours per week. Ability to work in office and/or at the NSM venue 3 u2013 5 days per week based on business needs. Remote work and overtime hours must be approved in advance by your manager. Responsibilities Key responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to: Pre-event coordination + Manage all aspects of event operations (preparing materials, venue in Greenwich, CT, invitations, etc.) with attention to financial and time constraints + Collaborate with vendors and suppliers and internal teams (caterers, decorators, A/V providers) to manage arrangements and deliveries + Develop and monitor detailed event lists, timelines and schedules + Coordinate event setup and breakdown logistics + Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to tracking Ready to Sell (RTS) checklist with stakeholders ensuring completion and delivery of critical items and initiatives for 2027 sell-in execution Onsite event execution + Oversee event set-up and ensure all elements are in place as per the plan + Communicate with event staff and vendors to ensure smooth operation + Manage registration and check-in processes for attendees + Monitor event flow and address any issues or unexpected situations that arise + Complete final logistics checks (i.e. tables, technology) to ensure execution excellence Post-event activities + Reconcile and process event-related expenses + Conduct post-event evaluations, issuing survey gathering feedback from attendees and stakeholders + Evaluate eventu2019s success, share key highlights, and recommend opportunities for the future as part of your final project presentation + Finalize and organize deliverables and prepare final scorecard for commercial team Qualifications Preferred qualifications for this position include, but are not limited to: + Actively pursuing an undergraduate degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline at an accredited institution.
