Our Procurement organization is in the midst of a company wide NextGen transformation—modernizing how we buy, partner, and deliver value across the enterprise. This role is at the heart of that evolution.You will own categories central to how we support our stores and e-commerce business across all of the Gap, Inc. brands. You will partner globally across Store Operations, Store Maintenance, and Supply Chain to deliver sustainable value and ensure smart, responsible strategic sourcing that aligns tightly with business goals. You will help shape and execute category strategies that optimize cost, develop suppliers, reduce risk, and support business goals. You will serve as the enterprise wide category architect for:• Store Supplies• Store Maintenance/Waste Services• Omni - eCommerce and Corrugate programs both domestically and internationallyWhat Youll DoDrive Value & Strategic ImpactLead multi‑year category strategies for Store Maintenance and Store Supplies incorporating innovation, cost efficiency, risk mitigation, and operational excellence.Develop category roadmaps and create a robust pipeline of sourcing initiatives that deliver measurable value year over year.Lead Sourcing ExcellenceStructure and run complex RFPs, RFIs, and negotiation processes for supplies and maintenance categories.Build compelling business cases using sourcing analytics, market intelligence, and operational insights.Ensure competitive bid processes and sourcing rigor consistent with Gap Inc.’s procurement standards.Own Supplier PartnershipsManage end‑to‑end supplier relationships, including contract performance, innovation opportunities, score carding, and issue escalation.Partner with vendors to drive continuous improvement, cost optimization, and service enhancements across facilities operations.Cross‑Functional LeadershipServe as a strategic thought partner to Store Operations, Finance, Risk, and Legal.Build alignment and influence senior stakeholders through excellent communication, fact‑based recommendations, and collaborative problem‑solving.Enable Operational ExcellenceMonitor category performance and identify opportunities for cost savings, service improvements, program modernization, and risk reduction.Ensure compliance with procurement policies, safety requirements, and industry standards.Shape the Future of ProcurementContribute to Gap Inc.’s NextGen procurement transformation—improving tools, processes, and capabilities that elevate how we buy and partner across the organization.Who You Are• 4-6 years in Procurement or related; category experience preferred.• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.• Proven ability to partner across functions and manage complex workstreams.Benefits at Gap Inc.
