We encourage developing and attracting expertise that differentiates us as a company as we continue to raise the bar.Job SummarySupervise the AP Help Desk team and ensure members are meeting the AP SLA overallMonitor that all Help Desk phone calls and Remedy work orders are researched and resolved timelyMonitor the process and progress of the overall Help Desk team with respect to volumeResolve or assist in the resolution of complex questions or problems relating to phone call and work order cases, as neededWork the phones and Remedy work orders as neededObtain full knowledge of all Help Desk functions to lend support when/where neededEstablish and develop open communication and interaction with the team, internal customers, the AP and eVIA management team, and Field Accounting Services, overallLead by example with the implementation of new policies & procedures for/with the Help Desk teamAct as a liaison between the Accounts Payable Help Desk Teams' internal and external customers and other internal departmentsAssist Accounts Payable and eVIA management team, and associates with developing reasonable strategies to respond to inquiries effectively and efficientlyResponsible for running standard weekly and monthly reporting from Remedy and CiscoPlay a key role in the implementation of new policies and proceduresResponsible for new associate trainingHelp the Accounts Payable and eVIA management team with various projects, as neededResponsible for ensuring that the scheduling of PTO, breaks, OOO time, etc., provides adequate coverage for all AP Help Desk operating hoursResponsible for ensuring that the Help Desk phones are turned on/off timely each day, as well as for setting up messages for out of office periods or inclement weatherResponsible for the daily posting of Help Desk AP documentsQualifications:Four-year degree in AccountingThree years of Accounts Payable experience combined with one-year supervisory experience, preferredCustomer service focus: Value customers.
