We are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer who is excited about taking on complex issues associated with water/wastewater/water resources and building electrical systems for our clients.This position will require you to work independently and as part of larger multi-disciplinary teams. Duties and ResponsibilitiesDetailed knowledge and experience in the electrical discipline, with basic knowledge of related disciplinesQuality control for project design in the office and around the regionEvaluation and selection of electrical systems, such as distribution voltage levels, and equipment such as Switchgear and Motor Control CenterUnderstand and apply discipline codes, standards, and legislationAbility to complete field investigations of electrical installationsAbility to support local construction activities and respond to technical Requests for Information (RFI) in a timely mannerPower system design for municipal and industrial loadsLighting design proficiency in industrial settingsAbility to use CAD tools (SKM, AGI32, and MicroStation)Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, showing resilience, emotional composure, and self-managementAbility to lead discipline teams, including engineers and techniciansAble to mentor and train junior team membersExcellent communication and presentation skills (spoken and written)Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating commitment to achieving group objectives Here's what you'll need B.S. in Engineering (Electrical) or equivalent, plus applicable registrationsMinimum 10+ years’ relevant industry experience preferredRegistered Professional LicensureIdeally, you’ll also haveMaster’s degree in Electrical EngineeringExperience within the Water and Wastewater Market#LI-DL1 Posted Salary Range: Minimum 95,000.00 Posted Salary Range: Upper 121,800.00 Our health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
