We are targeting for this role to be located in our West Region where there is a Slalom office and are looking for candidates who are interested in working in a hybrid environment.Slalom is seeking Product Management Consultants and Senior Consultants to join our growing practice, focused on realizing measurable business value from AI- and data-enabled products. Help clients turn AI and data investments into measurable business outcomes. In this external facing consulting role, you'll partner with product, data, and engineering teams to discover, deliver, and scale AI and data enabled products grounded in clear value hypotheses, success metrics, and adoption.You'll support outcome driven product management, define and track value metrics, and help organizations move from experimentation to sustainable, value producing capabilities.What You'll DoSupport product discovery efforts to identify high-value AI and analytics opportunities aligned to business goalsHelp define product outcomes, success metrics, and value hypotheses, and track progress against themContribute to product strategy, roadmaps, and backlogs with a focus on value realizationPartner with engineering, data, UX, and business teams to deliver feasible, responsible, and valuable solutionsAssist in defining product and value metrics such as adoption, customer impact, and business outcomesParticipate in agile delivery activities to ensure work remains aligned to intended outcomesSupport client product leaders and teams in adopting modern, data-informed product management practicesWhat You'll BringApproximately 3+ years of experience in product management, digital delivery, analytics, or related roles, with exposure to data, analytics, AI, or automation.Demonstrated success designing and leading teams through product planning, prioritization, and roadmappingExperience with owning end-to-end digital product lifecycle managementExceptional stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skillsetsEmbraces challenging situations, comfort operating in ambiguity, strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindsetAbout UsSlalom is a fiercely human business and technology consulting company that leads with outcomes to bring more value, in all ways, always. For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges: The targeted base salary pay range for the Consultant role is $77,000 to $106,000 and Senior Consultant role is $102,000 to $145,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
