Responsibilities: • Oversee and ensure high‑quality execution of all commissioning, startup, and operational turnover activities across assigned renewable projects (wind, solar, and battery storage). • Coordinate and manage EPC contractors, OEM startup teams, third‑party technicians, and operations personnel during construction startup and commissioning phases. • Ensure all commissioning work complies with safety policies, project specifications, codes (NEC/NFPA), and contractual obligations including PPA and GIA requirements. • Lead and support reliability efforts to ensure plants achieve stable, low‑downtime performance at operational turnover. • Provide technical oversight and subject‑matter expertise on electrical construction, SCADA, protection & controls, inverters, BESS, and instrumentation systems. • Manage project schedules, staffing, reporting, and documentation while overseeing multiple sites and supervising NextEra commissioning personnel. • Collaborate with safety, engineering, quality control, and project management teams, contributing to strategic planning for manpower, safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
