For more information, click here.Preparation of monthly owner requisitionsReview and approval of subcontractor requisitions and vendor invoicesManaging subcontractor compliance with terms and conditions of the contract (i.e. insurance, bonds, waivers, CCIP enrollment, billing procedures)Assisting Project Management in the monthly project forecast including validation of the projected fee and percent complete forecastProcessing subcontractor and owner change orders in OracleProcessing labor and AP job cost transfersMonitoring the cash position of the project and completion of the monthly cash position analysisPreparation of the project cash forecastsAssisting the Corporate Risk Manager in the administration of a Contractor Controlled Insurance Program (CCIP)A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or other relevant fieldMinimum of 5 years of related experienceAbility to adapt to different personalities and management stylesOutstanding team player with good interpersonal skillsExperience with CCIP/OCIP project administration and analysis is a plusAbove average organizational skillsDetail oriented and able meet deadlinesDedicated and hard workingLeadership qualitiesCandidate must possess Suffolk’s Core Values: Passion, Integrity, Hard Work, Professionalism, and Caring#MCHIRINGWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for long periods of time; talk or hear; perform fine motor, hand and finger skills in the use of a keyboard, telephone, or writing.
