TheSr.SalesforceAnalystis responsible forthe ongoingsupport, maintenance, and improvement ofthe Judge Technical ServicesSalesforce environment. This role manages users, security, and data quality while implementing new features such as reports, dashboards,andworkflows. The ideal candidate understands both the technical capabilities of Salesforce and the business processes it supports, ensuring the platform is stable, scalable, and continuously improving.This role partners closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Operations, and IT to ensuretheCRMtechnology platform drivesproductivity, visibility, and revenue growth.This rolemay partner with EPMO and OCM for execution as needed.The ideal candidate brings hands-on Salesforceexpertise, strong analytical capability,a UI/UXmindset,and proven experience managing enhancements and full-cycle implementations.This role hassignificantinfluenceonthe effective configuration, implementation,dataquality, maintenance, compliance,reportingofsales-relateddata,and ongoing management of theCustomer Relationship Management (“CRM”) system.TheSr. Salesforce Analystwill be a technically focused positionwithin the Enterprise Applications team, managing corporate systems for both front-andback-officeoperations.This role reports to theVP, Enterprise ApplicationsResponsibilites:40% - Salesforce Platform Ownership and AdministrationManage the full lifecycle of small to mid-sized implementations (requirements → design → build → UAT → deployment).Serve as the functional owner and SME for Salesforce across Sales and related business unitsand in relationship with Vendor.Manage user administration, role hierarchy, profiles, permission sets, and dataintegrity.Oversee configuration of objects, fields, validation rules,workflows, page layouts, andnativesystem-levelautomations.Maintain system integrity through proactive monitoring, data quality improvements, and compliancewithgovernance standards.Performregular system audits to ensure system health.EvaluateandrecommendSalesforce AppExchange solutions.35% - Business Partnering and Strategic EnablementWork directly with Sales Leadership to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.Analyze sales processes and develop technology improvements to enhance pipeline visibility,forecastaccuracy, and sellerefficiency. Identifyopportunities foruser experienceimprovementand simplificationbased on feedback from the user community.Provide insights and recommendations based on platform usage, adoption trends,automation opportunities,IT help desk tickets,and performance metrics.20% - Projects, Implementations & Cross-Functional InitiativesLead or co-lead Salesforce projects, including enhancements, integrations, data migrations, and system upgrades.Serve as product owner for Salesforcereleases andrecommend newSalesCloudfeatures.Partner with finance when necessary to build investment business cases for the product.Partners with field leadership and OCM for rollout of changesCollaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.Support vendor relationships and ensure quality delivery from external partners.5% - Development and Additional Responsibilities Stays current with industry trends and best practices through regular research and professional developmentDevelops andmaintainsrelevant skillsPerforms any other duties and tasks as assigned by managementExperience Requirements:BS in Computer science, business, information systems, or related fieldrequired. MS or MBA beneficial.4+yearsSalesforce CRMexperiencerequired.Day-to-day technical support of CRM viaHelp Desk and Incident ManagementProventrack recordofindependently evaluating a situation, exercising good judgment and discretion, and independently making decisions on matters of significance.Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.CRM design, implementation, integration, and testingDemonstrated leadershipskillsanddesireto guide team members towards successful outcomes.Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Hands-on experience with reporting, dashboards, ordata integrationsPreferred Qualifications:Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201)stronglypreferred.Prior experience in staffing, consulting, and/or professional services industries.Proficiencyin MS Office Applications.Completing at least one full-cycle SalesforceSales Cloudimplementation.Experience withmanaging feature releases, testing,deploymentand change management.
