Responsibilities: u2022 Process full-cycle payroll for 400+ employees, ensuring timely and accurate payments. u2022 Handle multi-state payroll operations, including adherence to varying state laws and regulations. u2022 Manage payroll for unionized employees, ensuring compliance with collective bargaining agreements. u2022 Utilize payroll service to conduct payroll tasks and generate essential reports. u2022 Collaborate with HR and finance teams to address payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies. u2022 Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure proper documentation for audits and compliance. u2022 Stay current with changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure company compliance. u2022 Assist in payroll-related reporting and budgeting processes. u2022 Provide support during payroll system updates or transitions, ensuring seamless operations Requirements u2022 Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll administration, within a construction environment. u2022 Proficiency in full-cycle payroll processing. u2022 Expertise in multi-state payroll operations. u2022 Familiarity with payroll systems u2022 Experience working with union payroll and collective bargaining agreements. u2022 Strong knowledge of payroll-related regulations and compliance requirements. u2022 Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. u2022 Ability to communicate effectively with employees and internal teams.
