Production Associate / Machine Operator $20.00 u2013 $20.50 per hour + Shift Differential Join our team We are looking for reliable team members to support our manufacturing operations. This hands-on role helps ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production by assisting with equipment and packaging finished products. No prior manufacturing experience required u2014 training provided. Pay + Padding Cell Department: Starting at $20.00/hr + PET Department: Starting at $20.50/hr + Shift Differential: +$1.00/hr for hours worked between 4:00 p.m. u2013 8:00 a.m. What You'll Do + Assist with operating and setting up production equipment + Package, label, and palletize finished products + Perform basic quality checks and inspections + Complete production logs and documentation + Maintain a clean and safe work environment + Support recycling processes and material handling Shifts Available + 2nd Shift: 4:00 p.m. u2013 12:00 a.m. (+$1/hr)Employees participate in a brief team meeting at the start of each shift. Breaks Employees receive: + Two paid 15-minute breaks + One paid 30-minute lunch break What We're Looking For + Reliable attendance and strong work ethic + Ability to follow safety procedures and instructions + Basic math and reading skills + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally + Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Manufacturing or production experience is a plus but not required .
