The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in the school setting works to implement behavioral intervention plans and support educational and behavioral services for students with special needs. The RBT collaborates with school personnel, Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), and other behavioral specialists to support learning and behavioral goals. This is a full-time, W-2 position for the 2026u20132027 school year located at schools throughout the Kissimmee and St. Cloud, Florida areas, offering $23/hour with weekly pay. Positions follow school hours with a set schedule. Minimum Requirements: + Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification + Must be supervised by a client BCBA or BCABA + Minimum of 1 year of experience as an RBT or Behavior Technician + Associates degree in behavioral studies or related field preferred + Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice + Current CPR certification if applicable + TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray if applicable + Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation) + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements + Must be at least 18 years of age Interested?
