RACF Administrator

Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Mainframe RACF Administrator to support security operations within an enterprise mainframe environment. This role is responsible for day-to-day RACF administration, audit reporting, and ensuring compliance with internal security standards and controls. The RACF Administrator will work closely with internal teams to manage access, review security reports, support TSO and zSecure environments, and provide responsive customer service. This role plays a key part in maintaining the integrity, security, and operational stability of the mainframe platform. Key Responsibilities u2022 Provide day-to-day RACF administration and security support u2022 Manage user access, permissions, and security profiles u2022 Generate and review audit reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis u2022 Support and troubleshoot within a Mainframe TSO environment u2022 Utilize and support zSecure security tools u2022 Apply and maintain mainframe security models and best practices u2022 Troubleshoot mainframe software printer-related issues u2022 Deliver high-quality customer service to internal users u2022 Ensure compliance with internal standards, controls, and operational best practices This role is roughly 30-50hr We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
