Video Banker 1

Description The Video Banker is an entry-level customer-facing role responsible for assisting customers through live video interactions using interactive teller machines (ITMs), as well as through digital channels such as email, online chat, and social media. Video Bankers handle high-volume daily interactions (30+ calls per day, up to 80 on peak days) supporting customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan and credit card payments, account updates, online banking troubleshooting, and account inquiries or disputes. This role requires strong customer service skills, positive body language, and a vibrant on-camera presence while delivering accurate, efficient, and friendly service. The ideal candidate is dependable, attentive, and naturally customer-focused, with the ability to meet strict performance metrics such as call documentation, quality scores, average handle time, and 100% call handling compliance. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hamilton, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
