Position Overview The Investigator 1/2 performs minor investigations, identifies root and contributing causes, and contributes to the creation of effective corrective andpreventive actions (CAPAs) while ensuring timely closure of assigned investigations. This role also supports senior investigators with major investigationsand other tasks, as needed. We are guided and united by our Group Purpose of u201cgiving our world more smiles.u201d Visit: Job Description What Youu2019ll Do u2022 Completes minor internal manufacturing investigations to support DSM u2022 Assists senior investigators with major investigations, as needed u2022 Develops knowledge and capabilities to perform systematic casual analysis methods to identify root and contributing causes for assignedinvestigations u2022 Documents clear and concise investigation findings and related actions in alignment with Quality Management System requirements u2022 Participates in the development of CAPAs to support the investigation process u2022 Communicates investigation process to impacted areas, including management, and tracks milestones throughout the investigation u2022 Manages investigation workload to ensure closure of investigations within required timeline u2022 Contributes to metric reports to prepare presentations for senior leadership, as requested by senior investigators or management u2022 Participates in performance improvement initiatives with a basis in Human and Organizational Performance principles u2022 Assists with extrapolating and analyzing data and coordinates recommendations to support the investigation process for minor and majorinvestigations under the direction of senior investigators or manager u2022 Other duties, as assigned Basic Requirements u2022 High School Diploma/GED with 6 years of related experience (e.g.,investigations); OR u2022 Associateu2019s degree in Life Sciences or Engineering with 4 years ofrelated experience (e.g., investigations); OR u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in Life Sciences or Engineering with 2 years ofrelated experience (e.g., investigations); OR u2022 Equivalent Military experience u2022 Experience in quality or manufacturing operations Preferred Requirements u2022 High School Diploma/GED with 9 years of related experience (e.g.,investigations); OR u2022 Associateu2019s degree in Life Sciences or Engineering with 7 years ofrelated experience (e.g., investigations); OR u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in Life Sciences or Engineering with 5 years ofrelated experience (e.g., investigations); OR u2022 Equivalent Military experience u2022 Experience in quality or manufacturing operations u2022 Prior experience leading manufacturing investigations WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS + Will work in environment operating a motor vehicle or Powered Industrial Truck + Ability to discern audible cues + Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time + Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time + Ability to conduct work that includes moving objects up to 10 pounds _To all agencies: Please, no phone calls or emails to any employee of FUJIFILM about this requisition.
