Job Description You are an ideal candidate if you are highly organized, have a solid track record of successfully leading change management plans of global, complex programs, have strong communication skills, can work across multiple time zones and excel in a fast-paced environment with rapid change. They will collaborate with Change Management Partner, Project Managers, and onshore Kraft Heinz enterprise Change Management team to oversee the development and delivery of quality transformation change initiatives. Provide delivery support (i.e., leading training, communication build) to execute approved OCM Change Plans through adoption. u00b7 Manage change across multiple concurrent initiatives, integrate Change Management into Agile and waterfall lifecycles, partner with Project Management on plans/timelines, report to the GBS Global Change Management Partner to provide regular status and escalate risks/issues. u00b7 Apply the Kraft Heinz Change Management Methodology (Make it REAL, Make it WORK, Make it LAST) to build and execute comprehensive plans (including targeted communications) u00b7 Collaborate with Internal Communications to use the right channels, branding, and timing. u00b7 Drive stakeholder readiness by identifying change impacts and building a robust stakeholder analysis. Design audience-specific training strategy, manage training development, logistics, and delivery (as required). u00b7 Measure and improve outcomes by conducting readiness assessments and post-go-live surveys to gauge sentiment/commitment. Adjust plans based on insights, lessons learned, and opportunities for continuous improvement options. Change Management education/certification preferred (e.g., Prosci/ACMP/APMG). u00b7 Impeccable verbal/written communication skills, strong presentation and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships, and work effectively across all levels. u00b7 Familiarity with project life cycle phases, excellent organization and attention to detail, able to manage multiple complex change efforts simultaneously and meet deadlines. u00b7 Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, ability to address complex problems, develop solutions, and create high-quality executive-ready presentations. Leverage feedback, insights, and data to optimize user sentiments to address adoption. u00b7 Solution-oriented, comfortable with ambiguity, and quick to adjust with a strong sense of urgency in fast-paced, rapidly changing environments. u00b7 An outcome-focused team player who removes barriers, collaborates effectively, and brings energy and enthusiasm to motivate and engage others. u00b7 Proficient with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook. u00b7 Experience in applying Change Management in Food & Beverage and/or Global Business Services environments is a plus.
